Dress professionally but comfortably. Arrive 30 minutes early. Be polite to everyone, including security and front desk staff. Answer only the question asked — do not volunteer extra information that could raise new issues.

If your case is approved, you may receive the decision on the spot, or it may be mailed within a few weeks. If additional evidence is requested, respond promptly and thoroughly. In the rare case of denial, consult your attorney immediately to discuss appeal or re-filing options.
