Choose the category that most closely describes the beneficiary's present immigration posture.

1. Marriage while status is still valid

Beneficiary currently holds valid nonimmigrant status (e.g., F-1, H-1B, B-2) or is an LPR.

2. Marriage after status failure or overstay

Beneficiary's status has expired, or beneficiary has remained beyond authorized period of admission.

3. Marriage after entry without inspection

Beneficiary entered the U.S. without being inspected or admitted by an immigration officer.

4. Marriage during removal proceedings

Beneficiary is currently in removal proceedings before an immigration court.
